A fantasy football draft rater grades your fantasy draft by comparing every pick you made to real 2026 average draft position (ADP). Draft grades are the fastest way to answer “was my draft good?” after your league's draft — each round gets a letter grade, and your team gets an overall draft grade.
Here's how a draft grade works in practice: draft a player at roughly his ADP and you earn fair value (B+). Take a player a round or more below his ADP and you banked a steal (A/A+). Pick someone well above his ADP and the draft rater flags a reach (C or D) — the value you left on the board is exactly what draft grades fantasy football managers use to compare teams.

Every grade measures your pick against ADP in draft slots. A positive value means you beat ADP (a steal); a negative value means you reached.
Your overall draft grade is the average value across all picks, on the same scale. An A- or better overall draft means you consistently out-drafted the room.

A good draft grade is B+ or better — your picks came in around or ahead of ADP. A- and above means you consistently beat the market with steals. If your overall draft grade is a C or lower, a few picks were meaningful reaches and you likely left value on the board.
Each pick is compared to 2026 ADP in draft slots. The round you picked in has an expected slot (the middle of that round); the difference between that slot and the player's ADP is the pick's value. Positive value grades up (steals), negative grades down (reaches), and the overall draft grade averages every pick.
Run your full draft through this rater. In general: an overall draft grade of B+ or better means you drafted well relative to ADP, an A- or better means you out-drafted the room with multiple steals, and C or worse means several reaches hurt your team's value.
A reach is picking a player noticeably earlier than his ADP. It costs you value because the player would likely still have been available at your next pick, or a better player was on the board. The draft rater flags any pick more than a few slots above ADP as a reach.
The ADP data is 2026 12-team Non-PPR. In PPR leagues, receivers and pass-catching backs move up slightly and pure rushers move down, so a grade within one notch of the Non-PPR result is normal noise. The tool is still a reliable fantasy draft team rater for any scoring format.
